The new version creates two new processes - one screen with extended rights and one as a system user. The extended process is required to start a system process that can record the secure desktop.

NEW in the innovaphone App Store: Call Info Plus and Service24h by MediaRunway

 

Our app partner MediaRunway has developed two new apps for our myApps portfolio. These apps are smart tools to facilitate your day-to-day work: Call Info Plus and Service24h. Both apps will be available from April 1st, 2025. These two newcomers are already listed within our innovaphone price list.

 

Call Info Plus App – All Caller Info at a Glance

Would you like to see straight away, who is calling and what information is available about the caller? The Call Info Plus App displays caller details from the Contacts Manager App directly in your Phone App. The data can be individually integrated from systems such as CRM or ERP and visually adapted using the integrated editor (i.e. color highlighting, larger font size for particularly relevant information). You will always be well-informed, even before picking up the phone.

What’s the Difference ot the Call Info App?

The Call Info App retrieves information from an LDAP server while the Call Info Plus App uses data from the Contacts Manager App. This allows for more detailed caller information to be displayed. The Contacts Manager App is therefore a prerequisite for using the Call Info Plus App.

Service24h App – Reliable Availability for On-Call Services

Ideal for support teams and emergency services: With Service24h, inbound calls are forwarded in a predefined sequence until someone answers the call. A confirmation via DTMF tone ensures that the call has really been accepted. If nobody answers the call, the sequence begins anew.  This tool is ideal for critical situations where phone calls may not remain unanswered.

We are happy to announce the last beta phase of our 15r1 Beta, before we are getting ready to release! This is your chance to discover the latest features and functions. Visit our Beta Store to download the software. Please visit the Connect App in our innovaphone Community to get all the news, and to share your feedback with us.

 

What to expect with Beta 5: 

  • Audio and Video Conferences: 
    • All participants of a conference are clearly displayed within the Softphone App and the Phone App. You can easily check who is currently participating and who is raising the hand to speak (and in which order).
  • Contacts:
    • Export and import vCards (contacts from Outlook, Thunderbird etc.)
    • New home screen: Intuitive overview of the functions in the Contacts App
    • New rounded UI

  • Virtual Background: 
    • Select a predefined background in the Phone App / Softphone App
    • Manage uploaded images for the background in the Phone App / Softphone App

  • Working:
    • User replication: New users can be found in the Working App once the Working User App has been assigned to the respective user
    • Archiving users: Employees who have left the company and are no longer active can be archived. They will no longer be listed under all users.

Beta 4 for V15r1 is Ready for Testing!

 

The 4th Beta Version of 15r1 has been release! Join our test phase and be one of the first to discover the latest features and functions. Visit our Beta Store to download the software. Please visit the Connect App in our innovaphone Community to get all the news, and share your feedback via our Connect App.

 

What to expect with Beta 4: 

  • myApps UI:
    • You are already familiar with our myApps design themes light and dark. We are pleased to introduce a new option: “system”. This third option will automatically adjust to the color theme selected in your operating system.
    • Would you like to ensure quick onboarding? With myApps, you can now opt for an intro if a user logs into myApps for the very first time.
  • Working App: The working time account in the Working App has been optimized. It is now possible to manage and adjust working time accounts of employees. All changes remain transparent since they can be checked in the history.
  • Projects App: Everything remains under control - with your dashboard! Your personal dashboard provides an excellent overview of all your current tasks. You can also check your favorites here: pin colleagues, sprints, projects and areas to quickly access all important information.

    By the way: If you open the Projects App for the very first time, an intro project will be created automatically. This in-app tutorial will help you find your way around Projects quickly and without hassle.

  • Connect App: Thanks to the integrated presence status, you can check at a glance who is currently online. Do you quickly need help from a colleague? Initiate a call directly from within the Connect App.
  • Virtual Background: Our virtual background plugin enables you to adjust your virtual background for video calls and video conferences via the Phone App, Softphone App and WebAccess. Protect your privacy, be professionnal and color or blur your background, or select an image as background.
  • Connector for Microsoft365: With the Connector for Microsoft 365, calendar entries can be transferred from Microsoft directly into the presence status.
