Events & Exhibitions in Fall 2025

Communication solutions for public administration play a key role in the digital transformation of public institutions. They enable better access to administrative services for citizens and businesses. The innovaphone myApps platform meets the strict requirements necessary in the security-sensitive public sector, in terms of data protection, reliability and digital sovereignty. There was no doubt that we would exhibit at the Smart Country Convention (SCCON | Sept. 30 - Oct. 2, 2025) in Berlin.

Heiko Abmeyer is our specialist for government environments and summarizes his impressions as follows:

"Where else can you get as close to federal and state ministers, presidents of federal authorities, mayors, or IT managers as you can at SCCON? Everyone is talking about digitization, sovereignty, and “Made in the EU” - and that’s exactly why we were there. Numerous new customer contacts were made, exciting collaborations with new technology partners were initiated, and tangible opportunities were opened up to let the myApps ecosystem propser, for example, through the integration of specialized applications, secure messengers, or alert systems."

Thomas Heinrich, responsible for the Partner Management in Germany at innovaphone, adds:

"We were the only communications exhibitor at the event. In addition to our myApps platform with the business apps CONNECT and PROJECTS, we also presented our emergency communications kit. Together with our stand partner NewVoice, we addressed customers who operate critical infrastructures.”

The use of communication solutions on high seas and in the military sector places the highest demands on reliability, security, and redundancy. innovaphone meets these requirements with products that have been certified by the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI), among other - a key prerequisite for security-critical environments such as defense and the navy. International certifications such as ISO 27001 and DNV system approval according to TAA00003DD provide additional trusted in our solutions.

Two important industry events at which we were able to showcase our expertise were the Donsö Shipping Meet (Sept. 1 - Sept. 3) in Sweden, and the SEAFUTURE 2025 (Sept. 29 - Oct. 2) in La Spezia. We presented our communications solutions as exhibitor at both fairs.

The it-sa 365 in Nuremberg is always the place to be for anyone professionally involved in IT security. As in previous years, we presented our solutions at the joint stand of Baden-Württemberg International (“The Länd”). We welcomed over 100 visitors at our booth, from existing customers and new prospects to system houses and technology partners, sharing plenty of news about the latest developments.

In Poland, the Pancernik Security Show is one of the most important cyber security trade fairs in the country. We attended this international event on September 9 in Katowice. At the impressive venue of the International Congress Center, our colleagues Marcin Laskowski and Rafał Lipka-Zanozik presented our secure myApps communication platform.

Our Belgian partner ConXioN also gave us the opportunity to showcase our expertise in cybersecurity: We had our own stand at the BLACKOUT Security Day in Waregem, where we presented our solutions.

The ability to connect the innovaphone PBX to over 30 CRM systems via ilink’s CRM Extensions App is particularly interesting for tax consulting firms, as it allows for the seamless integration of DATEV (accounting system commonly used in Germany).

At TAXArena 2025 in Munich and Mainz, we presented practical examples, and engaged with tax advisors who were open to new, integrated communication solutions.

The StB EXPO in Stuttgart and Munich also focused on practical tools and technologies developed specifically for tax offices. Our colleagues Suada Mullaabazi and Benjamin Starmann were on site. They demonstrated that the DATEV interface on the myApps platform optimizes workflows in law firms, enables secure data exchange, and makes processes more efficient for clients.

In-house exhibitions, expert panels, charity events & other gatherings: Maintaining personal dialog with our partners is a key factor in our success. That’s why the SEC-COM 2025 in-house exhibition was once again an important date in our calendar this year. We congratulated our long-standing partner on its 30^th anniversary with a personal anniversary gift. We were delighted by the keen interest in our stand, and the numerous qualified leads.

The App Partner Dialogs focused on open exchange: We hosted several meetings between July and September with customers and partners to discuss challenges, ideas, and new approaches to solutions in the app environment. The next edition of our App Partner Dialogs is already in the pipeline and will continue on November 28^th, 2025.

On September 27, the charity run 1000 Bornes took place in Capellen (Luxembourg) in aid of the association “Le Rêve du Petit Prince.” It was important for us to sponsor this valuable initiative in aid of seriously ill children and children with developmental disorders.
